Maintenance Technician
Job Description
A well-established company in El Paso is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance on drive-thru and related equipment (audio/video systems, drive-in units, etc.)
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, and valves; clear obstructions as needed
- Complete minor carpentry work (cabinet installation, door locks/closures, etc.)
- Diagnose and repair basic electrical issues (motors, circuit wires, fixtures, lamps, ballasts)
- Conduct HVAC maintenance and basic repairs
- Move and lift furniture and equipment between buildings
- Perform preventive maintenance (changing filters, cleaning coils)
- Follow safety regulations while operating company vehicle
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial building maintenance
- Skilled in basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Flexible schedule; ability to work outdoors and at heights
- Overtime and weekend availability as needed
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday (rotating): 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Rotating schedule for after-hours emergencies
Pay: $17.40 – $22.00 per hour
