Award-winning law firm in Houston is seeking a Litigation Associate. Practice areas include tax litigation, commercial litigation matters and 1st party insurance coverage. This is not like a traditional law firm as there are no billable requirements. 

Details

 

  • Candidates can be licensed in any state

  • 2-25 years of experience, Will look at defense or plaintiff experience. Will consider candidates from the DA's office.

  • No billable requirements

  • No business development responsibilities

  • Work/life balance - they run hard Monday through Thursday. Fridays they start slowing down and no one is expected to work over the weekend.

  • This is not a law firm. Huge resources are available - IT, litigation support, marketing, etc. 

  • Will look at candidates with either plaintiff or defense experience or any type of litigation

  • Their business model is very different from antiquated law firms.  They have a massive support structure and offer a lot more flexibility on job responsibilities
