These litigation associate positions offer defined opportunities for career growth, including immediate percentage of profits from your developed clients and performance-related benchmarks to achieve shareholder status.
Hybrid schedule possible after onboarding for 1-2 months. Legal work includes defense of national client based on various types of personal injury claims, including commercial vehicle litigation for Transform Sears Home Services and Wendy’s, premises and products liability cases for Kohl's, Victoria's Secret, and Bath & Body Works, and other clients in cases involving general negligence, products liability, consumer protection, and business matters.
Seeking candidates who are licensed to practice in Texas state courts and have been practicing in litigation for less than five years. Willing to work with new graduates as you begin your legal career. Competitive salaries start at $95,000; higher compensation is available commensurate with experience.
While law school performance is important, traits like diligence, hard work, dedication, and a willingness to learn are more valued here.
