Job Description

A premier litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for their Downtown Dallas office.  Hybrid position with bonus earning potential and partnership track for the right candidates!

This position principally involves handling professional liability and casualty litigation matters on behalf of major insurers, including the defense of real estate, legal, and insurance professionals and commercial automobile, premises liability, products liability, and construction defect claims.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Texas BAR license required
  • 3 – 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with client contact, depositions, hearings, and trials
  • Excellent advocacy and writing skills are required
