Downton law firm in Houston, Texas is looking for a Litigation Legal Secretary for the litigation section in their Houston office. Practice areas include commercial litigation and insurance defense.

 

Schedule - WFH one day a week 

Desk - this person will be supporting 2 shareholders and two Associates. 

 

 The ideal candidate should have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
  • Extensive knowledge of e-Filing procedures and managing dockets
  • Strong working knowledge of state and federal rules and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A professional demeanor: be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
