Job Description
This position offers benefits and a great work environment as well as paid parking. This position is 100% in the office. Duties include:
Provide administrative and operational support for the firm’s Marketing and Business Development (MBD) initiatives, contributing to the successful execution of strategic projects and departmental goals.
Support the leadership team with a variety of administrative functions, including coordination of communications, scheduling, project tracking, and workflow management.
Serve as a primary administrative contact and liaison between offices, internal teams, firm personnel, external agencies, and vendors.
Manage and monitor project workflows to ensure assignments are progressing efficiently and status updates remain accurate and current. Review and verify Marketing Communications request submissions for completeness and accuracy to support timely project execution.
