Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney
Job Description
A growing law firm in Garland is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with strong plaintiff personal injury experience looking for long-term growth, strong earning potential, and hands-on litigation experience.
Compensation
- $125,000 – $145,000 base salary
- Competitive commission structure
- Additional commission opportunities for originated cases
- Bar dues and CLEs paid by the firm
Responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from pre-suit through litigation
- Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct depositions and develop case strategy
- Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
- Analyze medical records and damages issues
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
- 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury pre-suit and litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
