A boutique law firm in Downtown Dallas is seeking a Legal Billing Coordinator.

Open to this person working hybrid or remote: if remote, this person will need to be flexible to go to the office once or twice a month

Salary Range: $60k - $65k




Job Summary:
A reputable law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Billing Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing client invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client billing guidelines. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and experienced in legal billing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly client invoices in a timely manner

  • Review billing entries for accuracy and compliance

  • Work closely with attorneys and staff to resolve billing discrepancies

  • Maintain client billing preferences and guidelines

  • Submit electronic bills through various e-billing platforms

  • Follow up on unpaid invoices and assist with collections as needed

  • Generate billing reports and assist with audits as requested

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of billing experience in a law firm 

  • Familiarity with legal billing software (they use TimeSolv)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
