Landlord/Tenant Legal Assistant- Galleria Firm
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Legal Assistant with a background in litigation, specifically in Landlord/Tenant law. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience and will play a pivotal role in supporting our legal team in managing a variety of landlord/tenant disputes. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging cases and make a significant impact in a dynamic legal environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist attorneys in the management of landlord/tenant litigation cases from inception to resolution, including drafting and editing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and organize case files, ensuring all documents and evidence are accurately maintained and readily accessible.
• Conduct legal research on landlord/tenant laws and regulations.
• Compile relevant information for use in court proceedings and case strategy.
• Prepare and organize trial exhibits, evidence, and documentation.
