Landlord/Tenant Associate Attorney- Galleria Area
A Texas based law firm located in the Galleria is seeking a Landlord/Tenant Associate Attorney to join their team. Candidates must have 1+ years of Landlord/Tenant experience. Commercial real estate or commercial litigation experience would be a plus as well.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation matters, with a focus on commercial real estate and landlord/tenant law.
Responsibilities: • Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters related to real estate, including commercial properties and landlord/tenant disputes. • Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and develop effective legal strategies. • Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence. • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations. • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on real estate and landlord/tenant issues. • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, learning from their expertise. • Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including document production and review. • Attend client meetings and maintain clear communication throughout cases. • Keep up-to-date with changes in real estate laws and regulations.
