Burnett is working with a leading global energy company that is also one of the largest intergrated oil and gas companies in the world! They are currently targeting top talent for their Land Contract Analyst role. This would be a longterm contract (1+ years) with the opportunity to go perm at some point. Key Duties Include:
  • Coordinating with outside vendors at late stage of projects on the Mineral component .
  • Keeping track of mineral curative percentages on the project and tracking mineral payments.
  • Maintaining the mineral curative details for each project in a shared workbook with the team.
  • Ensuring that ACCURATE information is entered for each project ongoing (could be 200-2000 mineral owners and projects can last for years)
  • Receiving contracts and sending them via DocuSign to heads of development for execution. 
  • Managing contracts in an electronic database. 
  • Coordinate heavily with Accounting Team. 
  • Work closely with Development Team to understand where each project is in status/process. 
Must Have Qualifications:
  • Renewable Energy experience.
  • Knowledge in Site Exposure Agreements/Land Contracts.
  • Experience with expansions/extensions of contracts.
  • Heavy compliance work and due diligence of agreements and payments. 
  • Experience with Salesforce. 
  • Excellent Excel skills. 
  • Texas Notary Public (client will pay for Notary license).
  • Strong calendar management skills.
Salary/Location/Hours/etc:
  • Longterm contract (1+ years) with opportunity to go perm at some point.
  • Position is 100% onsite at the Southwest Austin office (78735 zip).
  • Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Hourly Rate will be $35-$45/hr, DOE (some flex for more experience)
  • All company holidays are paid. 
  • PTO is accrued by contractors.
