NOW HIRING: Junior Engineering Gas Turbine Program Manager
Location: Sedalia, MO | Houston, TX candidates may also be considered
Salary: $100K–$150K
Schedule: Hybrid | Approximately 30% travel
We’re searching for a Junior Engineering Gas Turbine Program Manager with a strong technical background and hands-on knowledge of gas turbines/rotating equipment.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer or technical product professional who wants to take the next step into program/product management while staying closely connected to engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer requirements.
What You’ll Do:
- Support gas turbine product strategy, development, and roadmaps
- Coordinate projects across Engineering, Supply Chain, QA, Sales, and other teams
- Gather and prioritize technical/product requirements
- Manage timelines, risks, KPIs, budgets, and project deliverables
- Support product validation, quality, and successful launches
- Communicate technical concepts to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3–7 years of gas turbine product/program management experience
- Strong understanding of rotating equipment and gas turbines
- Knowledge of hardware development, design, manufacturing, and validation
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to travel approximately 30%
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Gas turbine experience is key. We’re particularly interested in candidates who understand the technical side of the equipment but are ready to grow their career in program/product management.
