Job Description

Electronics manufacturing company is looking for a Inventory Control Supervisor.


Job Duties:

  • Maintains and reviews team members’ performance to the highest levels.
  • Creates and maintains Inventory Control policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for all Customer Inventory cycle counting, reporting and providing root cause analysis to Direct Supervisor.
  • Works with Operations on reporting and disposition of excess inventory.
  • Interaction with internal and external auditors.
  • Audits daily inventory transactions.
  • Performs 2nd cycle count as needed on lost or high dollar missing parts.
  • Implements, communicates, and trains functional departments including but not limited to, Receiving, Shipping, Warehouse, Production, Procurement/Planning, on cycle count and physical inventories.
  • Participates in New Customer implementations.
  • Ensure timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers.
  • Follow all policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years related inventory experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Good understanding of computer systems and software programs.
  • Operates forklifts, conveyors, pallet jacks, carts and/or other equipment.
