Primary Responsibilities:

Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, offering internal support from pre- to post-product shipment.
Provide customers with assistance, solutions, and cost estimates for electrical equipment & Intrinsic Safety products.
Coordinate effectively between sales, engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure optimal service and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with accounts to proactively address conflicts and design changes, preventing significant delays.
Review specifications to ensure alignment with submitted requirements.
Aid outside sales and management in processing priority transactions.
Actively participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance personal and product knowledge.
Monitor expected ship dates to guarantee timely delivery and expedite when necessary.
Utilize SAP for quote entry, customer information retrieval, stock status updates, and other pertinent customer needs.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year in sales/account management
Familiarity with SAP & CRM systems is advantageous.
Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting deadlines.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment with continually changing priorities.
Capable of following verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
Functional competence and basic understanding of a manufacturing/production environment are advantageous.
Proficiency in office management software (MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel).
Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
