Inside Sales I

- Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, offering internal support from pre- to post-product shipment.
- Provide customers with assistance, solutions, and cost estimates for electrical equipment & Intrinsic Safety products.
- Coordinate effectively between sales, engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure optimal service and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with accounts to proactively address conflicts and design changes, preventing significant delays.
- Review specifications to ensure alignment with submitted requirements.
- Aid outside sales and management in processing priority transactions.
- Actively participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance personal and product knowledge.
- Monitor expected ship dates to guarantee timely delivery and expedite when necessary.
- Utilize SAP for quote entry, customer information retrieval, stock status updates, and other pertinent customer needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year in sales/account management
- Familiarity with SAP & CRM systems is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment with continually changing priorities.
- Capable of following verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
- Functional competence and basic understanding of a manufacturing/production environment are advantageous.
- Proficiency in office management software (MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
