Job Description
As an experienced and dynamic immigration attorney, you'll take on a leadership role, managing complex cases, providing substantive expertise, and supervising paralegals and legal assistants. Your role involves identifying legal issues and crafting creative strategies to support our clients.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in family immigration, with a preference for business immigration knowledge. Proficiency in USCIS and NVC policies, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Driven and Self-motivated.
