IT Support Technician
Job Description
100% onsite located downtown Houston
This is a temporary position 3-6 months Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for escalated hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow while meeting SLA requirements.
- Install, configure, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and audiovisual equipment.
- Support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Cisco video conferencing systems.
- Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Assist with PC imaging, hardware deployments, asset management, and office moves.
- Support local network infrastructure, print services, and software testing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while collaborating with IT teams and business users.
- 5+ years of IT support or desktop support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint hardware.
- Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
- Experience with PC imaging, hardware deployments, and asset management.
- Law firm experience is a plus.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information.
