Application Identity & Access Security Analyst
Houston, TX | Contract | $40–$45 hr. | Onsite
We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Security Analyst to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) environments. This role will focus on managing user access, supporting SailPoint/IAM, Azure/Active Directory security, and ensuring appropriate access controls across enterprise systems and applications.
What You’ll Do
- Manage user access, permissions, and identity lifecycles, including onboarding, offboarding, and account changes.
- Support and troubleshoot SailPoint/IAM environments and integrations.
- Administer IAM across Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows, AIX, and third-party applications.
- Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls, roles, service accounts, and privileged users.
- Monitor access policies and compliance with internal security standards and external regulations.
- Investigate access-related incidents, anomalies, and security risks.
- Develop and automate IAM processes using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Support SQL, SAP, and third-party data/application integrations.
- Maintain IAM technical documentation, policies, procedures, and training materials.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant IT/security experience.
- 1–3 years of Azure/AD IAM experience.
- 1–3 years of Azure Cloud Security experience, including PIM, Conditional Access, subscriptions, management groups, and resource groups.
- Experience with SailPoint and SQL preferred.
- Experience with PowerShell and/or Python.
- PAM experience; Secret Server experience preferred.
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management, least privilege, access controls, and security compliance.
- CIAM, CIMP, CISSP, or related security certification is a plus.
