Job Description
I’m currently partnering with a well-established organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a strong background in employee relations, training, and multi-state HR support. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being a hands-on resource for employees and leadership across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support complex employee relations matters across multiple U.S. states
-
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on policy interpretation, performance management, and conflict resolution
-
Develop and deliver training programs related to HR best practices, compliance, and employee engagement
-
Assist in the creation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures
-
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure HR strategies align with business goals
-
Navigate and resolve sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
-
Collaborate with union representatives when applicable (union experience is a plus)
Qualifications:
-
5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years focused specifically on employee relations
-
Experience supporting multi-state operations
-
Strong background in developing and delivering training
-
Proven ability to interpret and apply HR policies
-
PHR certification preferred
-
Union experience a plus
-
Must be open and available for travel within the United States
