Job Description

Basic Function:  This non-exempt hourly employee is responsible for all housekeeping duties and maintaining all coffee areas.


Essential Duties:

  • Prepare coffee each morning in lunch rooms and coffee bars.
  • Replenish coffee throughout the day.
  • Load and unload dishwashers in lunch rooms and each coffee bar.
  • Clean tables and microwave ovens in lunch rooms each morning.
  • Check ice machines in lunch rooms and coffee bars daily.
  • Clean conference rooms and re-stock supplies.
  • Serve lunches, breakfasts and refreshments for Firm and client-related meetings.
  • Stock and maintain each coffee bar and lunch room with appropriate supplies and condiments.
  • Handle special assignments as directed

Other Duties:

  • This employee may act as a back-up receptionist and help out with Office Services duties.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Experience Requirement:
