Job Description




Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 - 5 years of Heavy Industrial forklift experience
  • Experience operating a heavy equipment industrial forklift (25K pounds +)
  • Forklift Certification required
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings



Responsibilities
  • As a Forklift Operator, your primary responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the  yard
  • As a Forklift Operator, you will sort and place material or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards
  • Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat, sweeping, dusting, and mopping
  • Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
  • Any other duties as requested by the respective supervisor and/or manager
