Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service residential HVAC systems throughout Southwest Houston and the surrounding areas.
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Respond to daily residential service calls in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, particularly during peak summer months.
Assist with HVAC installations and light commercial service projects as needed.
Collaborate with fellow technicians to troubleshoot complex issues and complete jobs efficiently.
Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating professionally and representing the company with integrity.

Qualifications

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
EPA Certification, or the ability to obtain certification shortly after hire.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently in the field.
Comfortable working outdoors in high temperatures and managing a busy service schedule.
Dependable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support coworkers when needed.
Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career.
