HSE Training & Compliance Coordinator. We are partnering with a well-established oil & gas services company to hire an HSE Training & Compliance Coordinator based in San Antonio. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated safety professional who enjoys both field operations and classroom training and wants long-term career growth within HSE leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead new hire safety orientation and onboarding classes
- Conduct HSE training and maintain compliance documentation
- Support field inspections, audits, and safety observations
- Partner with operations teams on safety initiatives and training improvements
- Travel to Midland approximately once per month
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of oil & gas HSE experience
• Experience with both field safety and classroom training
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, motivated, and hands-on personality
• Instructor certifications are a plus, but not required
