Job Description
Location: Memorial City near I-10/Gessner
Length: Long-term temporary assignment
Pay Rate: $30-40/hr., depending on experience
Schedule: Will work in our Houston Corporate office and may work two (2) days a week remote. Office hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Additional Details: The ideal candidate will have the technical savvy working in SAP, SuccessFactors, and understand HR processes.
Job Summary:
The Contract HRIS Analyst will support the maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position serves as functional support for human resources and assists with ensuring data entry, data integrity, data reporting and documentation on standard processes within the system. The Contract HRIS analyst also supports SuccessFactors upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as system liaison between Human Resources and business clients
• Main point of contact for monthly, annual and ad-hoc reporting of turnover, headcount
• Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
• Onboard employees and contractors using position management structure
• Provide application support/maintenance, as needed, by trouble shooting issues, proposing solutions and implementing/deploying solutions
• Act as support for HRIS end users
• Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
• Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
• Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches and document process and results
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of HRIS or specialist
• Systems implementation experience
• Experience with HR Systems/Applications (i.e.: SuccessFactors, SAP)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
