This position will be the LEAD HR person for the company. Will be responsible for recruiting efforts, posting jobs, working closely with the leadership team, and will be instrumental in efforts to develop a positive work culture for the company. Will do employee performance reviews, have discussions with employees regarding bonuses, implement policies and procedures, etc.
Must have excellent job tenure, the ability to be pro active and keep up in a fast paced environment. Will work with engineers, developers, and investors, must have the ability to communicate easily with individuals on all levels!
Will be working closely with Engineers and investors, must have the ability to communicate easily with all types of people! Able to work in a fast paced and high energy environment.
