HR Generalist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support daily HR operations. This position will work closely with employees and management and assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and other HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
- Maintain confidential employee records and HRIS information
- Support employee relations and respond to employee questions
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment
- Monitor attendance and leave records
- Assist with performance reviews and disciplinary processes
- Support payroll and timekeeping activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Prepare HR reports and assist with training and special projects
- 2+ years of HR Generalist or related HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bilingual
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
