Job Description
- Act as a liaison and integrator between the client business needs and HR technology solutions
- Guide and influence in change management to drive adoption, analyze change resistors, and adapt change methodology for continual improvement
- Explore innovative solutions (e.g., Robotics and Intelligent Automation, Human Capital Analytics, Unified Engagement Platforms) to bring the full suite of Digital HR Technology capabilities to our clients
- Work in partnership with key stake holders to review project intake forms, SOWs, and change management strategies Lead client interactions in Design Thinking workshops and help them transform their ways of working by focusing on leveraging system solutions and improve organizational capabilities.
- Lead all aspects of the project, including monitoring and identifying any project issues to mitigate risk while ensuing exemplary delivery of work
