Burnett is currently partnering with several locally owned fullfillment/production clients in the Leander/Cedar Park area. They are seeking reliable, friendly Fulfillment/Production Clerks who want to become part of great companies! These roles are all Temp-to-Hire, full time roles. All positions are in climate-controlled, clean fulfillment centers. Once they go perm, they offer raises and full benefits! 

Job Duties Will Include:
  • Production: Work efficiently to package items according to specific product requirements, maintaining high standards of accuracy and speed.
  • Sort/Inventory Management: Learn and implement proper stocking procedures to ensure items are stored correctly. Familiarize yourself with various packaging supplies and effectively return them to their designated locations.
  • Shipping: Collaborate in the process of picking and packing orders for shipment. Ensure meticulous packaging, labeling, and compliance with shipping company standards and customer specifications.
  • Department Cleaning/Maintenance: Contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility through daily floor sweeping and proper disposal of trash.
Qualified Candidates Will Have: 
  • General warehouse experience (inbound or outbound)
  • Experience with order fulfillment and inventory management
  • Experience in production tasks, such as pad printing and consumer product packaging
  • Experience with forklift operation a plus. (not required)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Team Player Mentality
  • Proactive personality and good attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • English Speaker (required)/Spanish Speaker (not required)
Location/Hours/Salary
  • Clients are located in Leander and Cedar Park
  • Roles are typically Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; some OT work on weekends as orders dictate. 
  • Salary ranges $16-$18/hr, DOE
  • Positions are Temp-to-Hire
