Main Duties:
  • Front desk administrative support
  • Answering calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Greeting walk-in traffic and being first point of contact
  • Assisting customers, insurance companies and subvendors with questions
  • Coordinating messages and schedule/job changes to crews on job sites
  • Learning basics about products and services in order to help answer questions
  • Assisting with timecard collection and entry for payroll
  • Other administrative support as needed
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2+ years of administrative/front desk office experience
  • Prior experience in a construction, homebuilding, renovation type company
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers/clients
  • Confident, basic computer skills
  • Drive to go the extra step and find the answer to basic issues/questions
  • Outgoing, friendly attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
Location, Hours, Salary:
  • Office is located in South Austin (IH35/William Cannon area)
  • Role is 100% in office
  • Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (1 hr lunch)
  • Salary is $16-$18/hr, DOE
  • Position is Temp-to-Hire
