What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading daily operations and managing staff
- Partnering closely with the Board of Directors on organizational strategy
- Overseeing budgets, financial planning, and grant funding efforts
- Identifying fundraising opportunities and securing additional funding sources
- Strengthening community partnerships with law enforcement, service agencies, and local organizations
- Ensuring program compliance, reporting, and service effectiveness
- Supporting clinical teams and ensuring quality care for clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience in nonprofit management, social services, healthcare, behavioral health, or related fields
- Experience managing budgets, grants, and fundraising initiatives
- Strong background in community partnerships and stakeholder engagement
- Experience leading teams and developing programs
- Knowledge of domestic violence, sexual assault, family advocacy, or crisis services is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required | Master’s degree preferred
