Job Description
Our client located in The Woodlands is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team! This is direct hire, with great benefits, working 100% in-office.

Job Summary:
- High-level administrative support to executives, including managing domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Schedule executives' meetings regularly.
- Manage and maintain executive’s schedules, appointments, and contacts.
- Work with managers on handling organizational issues.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to metrics and compliance.
- Arrange acquisition and plant visits.
- Occasional employee engagement lunches.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
- Anticipate executive’s needs and proactively address issues.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned by executives.
- Conduct research and compile data as requested by executives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree highly preferred.
- Previous C-Suite executive support experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong experience working with Microsoft products, especially PowerPoint required.
- Extremely resourceful, adaptable, and creative thinker.
- Ability to work within stressful timelines.
- Ability to drive change in an organization.
