Entry Level Account Executive for Texas’ Most Award-Winning Staffing and Recruiting Firm!

Location:  Southeast Houston area

Our award-winning staffing and recruiting firm is seeking a motivated Entry Level Account Executive.  Prefer a candidate familiar with Southeast Houston area.  Successful sales candidates are responsible for identifying new staffing and recruiting opportunities as well as expanding existing client partnerships. If you have the desire to grow your sales career while working for an established woman-owned and employee-owned company, we want to hear from you!

Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities that align within our specialized recruiting divisions
  • Understand customer needs and provide value-added recruitment solutions
  • Create and manage weekly pipeline to support company metrics and milestones
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events in respective cities

Sales Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience with a preference in a professional service industry
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Exhibit confidence in making outbound calls to key decision makers
  • Confident in utilizing virtual platforms such as Teams and Zoom
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic and critical thinking

Base salary is commensurate with experience.
