Job Description

Director of Talent Acquisition- Houston Area  A leading specialty contractor in the Houston area is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to join their team. Candidates must have at least 8+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience as well as a Bachelor's degree. This position does require travel 50% of the time. Duties include:
 
  • Develop and execute a company-wide talent acquisition strategy to meet current and future hiring needs. Focus on building relationships with universities, military organizations, potential candidates and other key talent sources.
  • Create and manage talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for critical roles. 
  • Analyze organizational growth projections and collaborate with senior leadership to forecast talent needs. Develop proactive recruitment strategies to support the company's expansion.
  • Ensure alignment with company-wide recruitment strategies while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with operating unit presidents and the VP of HR to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals.
