An established international logistics organization is expanding its U.S. operations and seeking an experienced Director of Sales to help build and lead its domestic sales team.
This is a unique opportunity to join during a major growth phase and help shape the future of a financially strong, ethics-driven company with significant resources already in place.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business development and revenue growth.
- Build and manage shipper relationships throughout the U.S.
- Lead, train, and mentor a growing team of sales representatives.
- Develop sales strategies, processes, and training programs.
- Work closely with operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Help build and scale a high-performing sales organization.
- 5+ years of freight brokerage or 3PL sales experience.
- Proven success generating new business and growing revenue.
- Experience leading, training, mentoring, or managing sales professionals.
- Existing industry relationships and book of business preferred.
- Strong understanding of domestic transportation and freight brokerage operations.
