Key Responsibilities
- Execute recurring reporting processes, including data extraction, validation, analysis, and report generation.
- Prepare, cleanse, and align data using established tools, templates, and processes.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across datasets.
- Maintain and update datasets used for operational and business reporting.
- Support reporting platforms and dashboards, including Power BI.
- Refresh reporting outputs and verify expected results.
- Identify, document, and escalate data discrepancies, anomalies, and quality concerns.
- Support predefined reporting enhancement initiatives and backlog activities.
- Maintain documentation and provide visibility into task status and project progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting and operational analytics needs.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, operational analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and reporting.
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP or other ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
- Experience executing structured, repeatable reporting and data management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience supporting operational reporting environments.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business teams.
