Northwest Houston | $18–$20/hour + Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative who enjoys a fast-paced environment, helping customers and keeping things moving?

The company is continuing to grow and is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join their team.
What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Take customer orders accurately over the phone
- Provide product information and answer customer questions
- Enter orders and information into computer systems
- Process written orders and respond to customer emails
- Multitask between phone calls, order entry and written requests
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are handled accurately and efficiently
- Learn the company's products, systems and processes
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service or high-volume call center experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Experience taking orders, processing customer requests or working in an order-entry environment
- Comfortable working with multiple computer programs and systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Dependable with a strong desire and ability to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with AS400 or other ERP/order-entry systems is a plus!
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Training schedule: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
