Customer Service Representative
Job Description
A busy distribution center is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join the team! If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working in a team environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and tracking the storage and delivery of products for Automotive OEM and PIA accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service by processing orders quickly and accurately, and working with other departments to resolve any issues.
- Be the first point of contact for customer questions about inventory, schedules, shipping, shortages, and delivery dates.
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering reliable, friendly, and accurate support.
- Handle customer concerns and help provide solutions by completing reports as needed.
- Keep customer records and reports accurate and up to date in their systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of work experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Comfortable using Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Email).
- Friendly, professional, and dependable with great communication skills.
Pay & Schedule:
- $16.00/hour.
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Long-term opportunity that could grow into a full-time role with the company.
