Job Description
Technology based company is looking for Customer Service Representatives.
What you will do:
You will love this position if you:
You must be able to work between the hours of 6am to 9pm Mon to Sun. You will be given a schedule to start off with (more than likely noon to 9pm) and later on you can request a different shift with a shift bid.
You will be given 2 days off back to back.
$16/hr.
Position could become full time with the company.
What you will do:
- Be the voice of the company – the direct link to our merchants.
- Become proficient with the technology behind the products that empower millions of merchants every day.
- Take care of our inquiries by phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Contribute to the scalability by continuously optimizing processes and help to create new content for our support experience.
- Collaborate with other departments within the international company, such as sales, marketing, logistics, and compliance.
You will love this position if you:

- Love to help and support people and have a positive work attitude.
- Like being organized and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
- Are comfortable using a smartphone, tablet and computer.
- Are interested in technology (A+ certification, Network Administration, PC/Mac Support, Helpdesk, or just general passion of how technology and software/hardware works).
