Job Description

Company that makes concrete is looking for a Call Center Agent.


The position will support customers with phone and in-person service regarding sales orders and questions.


Main responsibilities:
  • Answer customer questions regarding products and services.
  • Build customer relationships between customers, vendors and internal teams.
  • Process sales requests for orders over the phone, electronically and/or in person transactions.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is required.
  • Knowledge of cement and ready mix production is very helpful.
  • Computer literate.


Hours are Monday – Friday 7 am to 3 pm and 1 Saturday a month 6 am to 2 pm



Position pays $16.75/hr.


Position could become full time with the company.
