What You Will Do:
- Manage high-volume accounts receivable and collections using ERP systems
- Initiate collection efforts via phone and email; maintain detailed documentation
- Generate and distribute customer statements and reports
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies including short payments and credit/rebills
- Prepare and send certified notices and supporting documentation within required timelines
- Maintain accurate customer records and support credit application processing
- Assist with reporting, audits, and credit hold reviews
- Communicate with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders regarding account status
- Post payments and update A/R records
- Provide administrative and project support as needed
What You Will Need:
- Experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections (preferred)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
- Knowledge of construction lien laws is a plus
