Contracts Associate Analyst
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support Sales through direct and indirect sales channels including interacting with third party sales channels.
- Process electricity contracts for residential and commercial customers.
- Collaborate with sales staff to support brokers and meet sales targets.
- Understand brokers’ business models and tailor communication accordingly.
- Proactively consult with brokers to identify the needs of customers.
- Analyze complex transaction requests and facilitate communication across teams.
- Build expertise in products, markets, and processes to support partners.
- Assist with additional projects as assigned.
- Possess a positive professional demeanor while building company credibility and brand value.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM database.
