A well-established Texas-based law firm located in the Houston area is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Paralegal with significant litigation and trial experience to join its team. The firm handles a wide range of complex litigation matters and is known for its collaborative work environment, competitive benefits package, and paid parking.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of litigation support from case inception through trial

Handle electronic filing in state and federal courts

Prepare and respond to standard discovery requests

Organize, process, and manage large volumes of case documents

Utilize document review and management platforms (e.g., Relativity) efficiently

Review and summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and other case materials

Assist attorneys with trial preparation and provide in-trial support as needed
Qualifications:

Substantial experience as a commercial litigation paralegal

Strong understanding of court procedures and litigation processes

Proficiency with legal technology and document management tools

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
