Job Description

We specialize in tackling the diverse challenges of distributive marketing models (B2B and B2B2C), offering a dynamic work environment driven by marketing, technology, and the power of people.

Responsibilities:
  • Master the intricacies of client programs, products, and services
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, customers, and vendors, ensuring SLAs are met
  • Navigate and utilize multiple web applications daily
  • Maintain meticulous procedural documentation
  • Track and log time with precision
  • Be accessible via our online phone system during work hours (8am-5pm)
  • Collaborate directly with clients to guarantee satisfaction
  • Assist in distribution projects as needed
  • Process claims, promotions, CO-OP, and advertising submissions
  • Review marketing submissions for compliance with brand standards
  • Aid customers in the submission process to maximize program participation
  • Manage eCommerce order management, including understanding complex inventory systems
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Efficiently handle up to 20 email inboxes
  • Collaborate within a team environment, supporting multiple client programs simultaneously
  • Cultivate professional relationships with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with order management and inventory applications is advantageous
