Licensed Civil Engineer (P.E. license)
Qualifications:
Diligent and detail oriented professional engineer with experience in planning, designing, and constructing transportation infrastructure projects. Dedicated to promoting safety and sustainability in all engineering endeavors. Effective communication skills, adept at collaborating with all stakeholders to achieve successful project completion. Critical thinker who is eager to apply engineering principles and practices to solve complex problems. Eager to learn and to continue to grow as an individual and an engineer.
Ideal experience will be 6 - 20 years + working with or for TXDOT and other civil engineering projects in the USA.
Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
Must have an active P.E. license (Texas is preferred but may consider other states with applicable experience)
Responsibilities:
Overseeing transportation projects and directing construction teams. Manage construction projects, adhering to project specifications, budget constraints, and timelines, to ensure efficient project execution. Conduct field inspections to verify compliance and resolve construction related issues promptly. Applying technical knowledge and upholding safety standards, working to successfully complete each project.
