CSR-Account Manager
Job Description
This position is crucial to the day-to-day running of the office.
Ideal applicant must enjoy a fast-paced, high demand, energetic & professional workplace. This person will be the daily "go-to" person and must be able to handle changing priorities and workflow.
Job details:
- Answer phones.
- Help prepare quotes.
- Create letters and spreadsheets.
- Assist sales agents
- Other duties as needed.
Qualified candidate MUST possess...
- CAN-DO attitude
- Have a positive sales mindset.
- Very positive self-starter
- Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to independently complete tasks with very little direction
- Intermediate efficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to engage in high-level multitasking while still paying close attention to details
- Great communication skills -- both verbal and written
A current license to sell insurance is helpful.
Working hours are from 8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Thursday and 8:30 to 5:00 Friday.
Position could start off 3 days per week but can grow into 5 days per week.
$15/hr. to start
$15/hr. plus commission to start if you are already licensed to sell insurance.
The company will help you get licensed if you are interested in becoming a licensed agent.
Position could become full-time with the company.
