Job Description
To lead and manage the HR / finance departments in the most efficient and cost effective way.
Define job responsibilities for HR, accounting, credit control, and cost control staff,
Creation and follow through of Personal Development Review for group members.
Participation in decision making process regarding new hires (interview / selection / salary), lateral moves, and termination of group members.
Create and conduct Performance Correction Notice of group members including monitoring / follow up actions.
Implement and control corporate financial guidelines and reporting requirements laid out by Corporate Finance.
HR / IT / Manage cost control / accounts receivable
Lead the administration and finance department to support Sales and Operations
Alternate Officer for Houston office
