Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities in single-family construction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with project and purchasing managers.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and bids to secure contracts.
  • Lead contract negotiations for favorable terms.
  • Implement sales strategies and incentive programs to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with teams for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Industry Expertise: Knowledge of single-family production and custom home builders.
  • Quoting & Estimating: Skilled in preparing accurate bids.
  • Deal Closure: Expertise in closing deals and negotiations.
  • Business Development: Strong at building long-term client relationships.
  • Team Building: Experience in leading and managing sales teams.
  • Sales Strategy: Proficient in driving growth through effective plans.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong communicator focused on win-win agreements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales for custom home and production builders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
