An established international logistics organization is expanding its U.S. operations and seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Houston office.
This is a unique opportunity to join a financially strong, ethics-driven company with significant resources already in place. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of the branch, including Sales, Carrier Relations, Operations, and Support staff, while helping build a high-performance culture focused on growth, accountability, and exceptional customer service.

- This position is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to trucking companies, asset-based carriers, dispatch-only operations, or transportation roles that do not include leadership responsibility for sales, operations, and team performance.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage all branch operations, personnel, and performance.
- Oversee Sales, Carrier Relations, Operations, and Administrative teams.
- Establish clear goals, expectations, and accountability measures.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing team members.
- Create and maintain operational processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor KPIs, revenue, profitability, and branch performance.
- Coach managers and team leaders to achieve branch objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives and business strategy.
- Step in and assist with operational challenges when necessary.
- Build a positive, professional, and results-oriented culture.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7+ years of freight brokerage, 3PL, or logistics experience.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing multiple departments or teams.
- Experience overseeing sales, operations, carrier relations, or brokerage functions.
- Proven ability to build, train, and develop successful teams.
- Strong understanding of domestic transportation, including FTL, LTL, Flatbed, Reefer, and Drayage.
- Experience establishing processes, performance metrics, and accountability standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
