Job Description

Our client, located in the Spring area, is looking for a full charge Bookkeeper to join their team.

Client is looking for a STRONG full charge bookkeeper! Someone with tax experience is preferred, but not required. Will be dealing with multiple companies in this role. 

Requirements:
  • payroll reporting
  • payroll tax
  • bank and credit card reconciliations
  • general ledger
  • balance sheets
  • journal entries
  • QuickBooks (online or desktop)
  • quarterly reports
  • IRS / state requirements
  • multi-company experience
