Job Description
Location: Sugar Land located near 59S/Dairy Ashford
Length: Temporary role starting 10/23 – Lasting for about 2 months, could get extended
Hours: M-F, 8AM to 4:30 PM (1 hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $18-22/hr., depending on experience and recent pay history
Duties:
- Operating all the bindery equipment, including labeling and packaging jobs, padding, coiling books, and lifting boxes.
- Person with at least 5 years bindery experience
- Knowledge of specific equipment models preferred but not required
- We need someone with knowledge of overall printing operations working in a fast-paced environment
- Will need to operate a variety of bindery equipment:
- Cutter- Challenge Champion 370
- Booklet Maker – Horizon SPF 200
- Folder – Morgana Jr.
- Creaser – Morgana Auto Creaser Pro 50
- Slitter/Creaser – Duplo 646
- Padding machine – Padmaster 2000
- Shrink wrap machine – Beseler
