Job Description

Seeking a Billing Specialist to join our organization located in The Woodlands/Spring area!  Must have recent 3+ years' experience in an Accounts Receivable/Billing specific role.  Need to be proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.  

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Use various billing systems regarding customer invoices
  • Submit through the customer portals as required by client
  • Assist with collection of past due invoices
  • Reconciliations for transactions, reports and statements
  • Assist the accounting team as needed
Requirements:
  • Recent experience and strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and specifically billing
  • Ability to handle high volume of transactions 
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Excel and QuickBooks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Team oriented
